If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You can return your item for a refund in three easy steps:
1/ Firstly, please contact us if you decide you would like a return/refund and explain why you wish to return – you can get in touch with us here. We will get back to you as soon as possible and let you know what to do next (some items are not eligible for return or refund).
2/ If your item is eligible for a return/refund, you can then send it back to us at the address listed at the bottom of this page. You have 14 days from the date you received your item to do this in order to be eligible for a refund, so please ensure you have sent it within this time frame. Please ensure that you have packaged the products carefully and send the parcel tracked with proof of postage, as any damaged or improperly packaged items may affect your refund and we cannot accept responsibility for lost/missing returns.
3/ Sit back and relax! We will let you know when we receive the item.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened/used (with seal broken) unless they are faulty. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was reported faulty or damaged upon arrival to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we do not offer an exchange service at this time.
